Hair Colo(u)r - Shea Moisture

So I keep talking about Hair Color and I finally did it! My sis has been holding this box for me for months now and I was super excited to try it. She bought it for me when she got her Shea Moisture color in Bright Auburn.

Hello Lovelies!

It's the season of Summer (not officially but pretty much)

so I decided to share with y'all my Haircare tips for swimming in a pool.

DRENCH HAIR IN TAP WATER

doing this before entering the pool will help protect your hair. Your hair will soak up this water and not so much of the pool water.

APPLY CONDITIONER 

This goes a step further in creating a barrier especially if you use one with silicones.

Silicones coat the hair thus preventing the chlorinated water from sinking into your hair.

MAXIMUM PROTECTION

having your hair in a protective style such as a bun, braid or twist will help in reducing tangles.

I like to swim with mine all wild n free. Feel like a mermaid like that :)

& just being generally fierce.

Y'all see their hair? Bananas & Almonds.

Iman's golden tresses are now my official Summer do inspo.

Back to the Moozak.

Their single "Rule The World" initially has a M.I.A. vibe to it.

The song is upbeat & very dance ish.

I can see it pumping in a club or house party.

I rox with the visuals for the song too.

I'm interested to see what else they have in their pockets.

They're currently working on an EP so be on the look out for that.

The weather here in my neck of the UK has been so good these past couple of days.

We had a Bank Holiday (Public Holiday) yesterday so I decided to celebrate by rocking a Wash N' Go.
